Insights into University Freshman Weight Issues

In this post we learn a little bit more about the freshman 15 myth. The authors aim to show the true amount of weight gained and why. In this reading we start to see a pattern of weight gain based off of bad food choices other than eating too much, and on top of that the students are significantly less active.
