It’s always great to find posts that you can relate to, I like this one by Helen W. Bland, Bridget F. Melton, Lauren E. Bigham and Paul D. Welle the title might put you to sleep but it’s a very relevant study today, in a post I stumbled on one study focusing on the stress levels of college students in the regions. the purpose of this specific study was to identify potential factors that contribute to higher stress levels and how those levels were impacted through certain type of exercise whether positively or negatively. The conclusion was to find a better way to cope with the crippling stress that only college allows. it is not uncommon to see college students experiencing a burnout in the unhealthy lifestyles that are becoming a pattern. as a student who rarely eats a balanced diet it’s quite the wakeup call
