Introduction to Photography (Spring 2011)

Exploring Hurston’s hometown of Eatonville (located three miles from the Rollins campus), students in Professor Roe’s course created photographs that capture the current space and its inhabitants and reflect on the town’s history and identity.

As a Result of This Course…

Professor Roe is currently organizing an exhibition including a selection of the photographs produced in the course that will be exhibited at multiple local and regional locations to be determined.
