Schedule a WebEx Meeting

  1. Log in to the WebEx site at
  2. Click on the Meeting Center tab.

  3. Under Host a Meeting, click Schedule a Meeting.

  4. Enter a Meeting Topic. If you would like the Meeting to be password protected, you may fill that in but it is not a required field.

  5. Specify the Date, Time and Duration. (Setting duration is for planning only — the meeting will continue until you end it.)

  6. Enter the email addresses of people you want to invite. Separate e-mail addresses with commas “,” or semicolons “;”

  7. Click the WebEx Button - Start button at the bottom to begin the meeting now or click WebEx Button - Schedule Meeting if you changed the time or date.
  8. To start a scheduled meeting:
    1. Click My Meetings on the left of the page under Host a Meeting.
