Join WebEx Session

There are two ways you can join a meeting.

Join Meeting through E-Mail Invite

  1. In the e-mail underneath the meeting information, click the link titled (or just below) Join WebEx meeting.

  2. If you are not logged in to your WebEx account, you can do so by clicking ( WebEx Log In Button ) at the far right of the screen.
    1. Alternatively you may log in as a guest with your name and e-mail address.

Join Meeting through “Browse Meetings” Menu

Note: This option is only viable if the host lists the meeting as “public.”

  1. Go to rollins.webex.com
    1. If you want to participate with your WebEx account, make sure you are logged in.
  2. Click the Meeting Center tab.

  3. Click the Attend a Meeting menu on the left.

  4. Click Browse Meetings underneath Attend a Meeting.

  5. Find the desired meeting and click the green Join button at the right of the meeting.

  6. If you are not logged in with a WebEx account or do not have an account, you may log in as a guest with your name and e-mail address.
